I recently received an email into my inbox that I wanted to share with you.
Bruce heard me sing and was so touched by my voice that he wrote an entire blog about it. I really enjoyed reading his blog. He really seems to understand my core purpose - to share a piece of my heart with as many people as possible through the medium of song. But then he also encourages you (the reader) to find your gift and share it with the world also. Well worth a read. A stunning compliment from a brief encounter a few days ago.
"Jennifer – it was a delight to hear you sing on SAT….what a blessing you were to my wife, Jackie, and I.
As I mentioned to you when I handed you my card, I was so moved that I wanted to feature the moment on my blog. You were used by God to bless us with an unexpected and meaningful moment.
The link is below and will be active after midnight tonight in a few hours.
We have been visiting our daughter and family since AUG 2 and are leaving to go back to the states (Pennsylvania) around midday on Tuesday.
Please feel free to write back, connect via Twitter or via my blog.
If you ever perform in the states……we would love to consider attending if the circumstances work to that end……best wishes in your schooling and future endeavors……by the way, really enjoyed the CD and plan to listen to it often!!!
Hello lovely people reading this post!
I just wanted to let you know about a concert I will be giving in Britwell, Slough on September 5th. The minister at the church will be leaving after many years of service there. In order to celebrate his time spent in Britwell I will be singing favourite songs and arias including Offenbach's Barcarolle and Schubert's Ave Maria. There will be everything from opera arias, songs from shows and popular ballads. I look forward to seeing you there!
